Saturday Yoga Stretch & Relax

Every Saturday 10 - 11.35am

General Level Class for students with a little, or a lot of experience.  Come in Stretch out for one hour fifteen minute that will move from a fast paced series of poses into a more relaxed Pranayama and Savasana. We practice an hour of yoga and then take it down for the last 15 minutes with breathing and relaxation.

If you are a complete beginner then you mght be better to start with one of our beginner class Level 1.
