IyengarYoga, Is the perfect choice for yoga beginners it is a style of Hatha Yoga which emphasizes precision, alignment in breathing (pranayama) and in the performance of poses (asana) It leads to the development of strength, mobility and stability.
Iyengar yoga makes use of props like foam blocks and belts to assis people with limited mobility (that is most people) to acheive the correct posture in a pose and maximise the benefit. Classes last one hour and fifteen minutes and our current schedule is as follows:
5:15pm - 6:30pm Beginners (Tara)
11:35am - 12:50pm Beginners (Tara)
8:00pm - 9:15pm Beginners (Tara)
