Pilates is a low-impact exercise class developing strength, flexibility and control. It focuses on core strength and postural stability thus improving coordination and balance.
Luana Longuinho is a qualified physiotherapist, Pilates instructor, massage therapist, yoga teacher and reiki master.
Right after graduating in college in Brazil in 2011, she worked as a reformer Pilates instructor for patients on rehabilitation, treating them individually.
After her first experience as a reformer Pilates instructor, she started teaching Pilates on group for beginners and intermediate students, from all ages.
Luana always focus on each student, making sure they are doing the exercise correctly and also enjoying the benefits of it. She helps people to get deeper into their practice, attending to all levels of students.
Pilates class is on Mondays 11.30am - 12.30pm
