Marianna Martini - Reiki PractitionerMarianna Martini received the first degree in healing Reiki in 2009 and the second Chuden of Traditional Japanese Reiki in 2010.

The traditional Japanese Reiki was discovered in 1993 and is practised in Japan by “Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai” the Reiki school founded by Usui Sensei. Traditional Japanese Reiki is the closest method to Mikao Usui's teaching and it is the purest in the western world.

Reiki is a holistic and spiritual therapy and it can be used as complementary remedy alongside traditional practices.  It gives wonderful results and it helps to reach real balance.  Reiki heals body, mind and soul and it can become your daily spiritual practice even if it is not a religion.  Marianna's intent is to share with other people Reiki's wonderful healing power.

NEW YOGA TERM & DROP IN CLASS

BOOK NOW for the NEW YOGA TERM which commences from Monday 13th February. All levels of ability catered for. Enrollment Day on Friday 10th February from 12noon to 7pm at Sligo Yoga Centre. Sligo Yoga Centre office is open every Friday from 12 noon to 3pm for bookings and enquiries. DROP IN CLASS every WEDNESDAY from 1pm to 2pm. Class cost 10euro. read more
